Ruzz does — by hand, not with a template or an automatic tool. We read your brief, watch all of your footage, make every cut, write the captions, pick the music and prepare the thumbnails. Most edits are back within a day — and never later than two.

Yes. Connect your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube once, and Ruzz posts the finished short to all three in one go — with the title, caption and hashtags each one expects already written. That is what Plan & produce is for. Tell us what you do and share useful photos or files. We write two scripts for your business — two different directions — with every shot, camera position, spoken line and on-screen caption. You pick one and film it, and the cut of your clips follows the same script.

You can, but you do not have to. Every Ruzz script runs on the same four beats — open, build, emphasis, close — at one of three strengths: Mild, Medium or Hot. We recommend Medium for most businesses and confirm the right one from your answers. Change it on the brief only if you already know what you want.

A vertical 9:16 MP4 at 1080×1920 that Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all accept; captions burned in and checked against your business and product names; background music in your mood, or the track you send; and two thumbnails, A and B, so you can test which one stops the scroll. The same on every product.

We decide that from your brief, up to 60 seconds. The right length depends on how much story there is, and that is not something you can judge before the footage exists — so we do not charge you for guessing. Tell us the goal and what you can film, and we cut it to the length that holds attention.

We put the strongest moment you filmed at the front. What we cannot do is add a moment that was never filmed — editing works with the footage it is given. If you are not sure you have that shot, Plan & produce plans it before you film.

We add a track in the mood you pick, or use the one you send — your call. Every option stays listed under your video and you can swap it before you approve. Trending platform sounds can also be added inside each app when you post.

US English is the default for captions. If you speak another language in the video, tell us in the brief; we caption it in that language, in English, or both.

Finished videos stay in My page for 10 days after approval — download them. Raw footage and unused music are removed after you approve the final cut; we say so on the approval screen before you confirm.

Most edits are back within a day — and never later than two. Ruzz takes orders in the order they arrive — nobody skips the line — and you get an email the moment the first cut is ready. Incomplete uploads or a missing brief are the most common reason a cut takes longer.

One revision is one round of notes sent together on the same cut — font, caption size, music, trims, all in one go. Every Ruzz product includes 1 round per video; a second round is quoted before we start it. New footage, a new concept or a different length is a new video.

It is credited, in full. The 7 days start when you approve your first edit — after any revision, when you are holding the finished video. We email you a code at that moment, and it is already applied on the subscribe button, so there is nothing to type: 4 shorts for $90 instead of $149 in your first month.

Add single videos at $39 each from My page, or tell us your real volume and we will quote it. Above about 8 a month a flat plan stops being the right shape, and we would rather price it properly than sell you something that does not fit.

No. Monthly editing gives you 4 each month and they reset at renewal. One-off purchases — First edit, extra videos and Plan & produce — stay usable for a year.

Yes, and you choose how. Ask from My page › Billing help and we refund the unused part of your billing period, and the plan ends that day. Each delivered video counts as a quarter of the month, or the days passed if that is more — with 3 of 4 delivered, up to a week comes back. Extra videos you paid for separately are not counted. Or cancel from the portal link in your receipt email and keep the plan to the end of the period, with no refund. Anything already delivered stays yours either way.

Any purchase is refunded in full if you cancel within 7 days of paying and before we have delivered a finished video or script for it. After that, Monthly editing refunds the unused part of the period (days passed or videos delivered, whichever is more), and one-time purchases (First edit, extra videos, Plan & produce) are not refunded once the work has been delivered. Refunds go back to your card through Lemon Squeezy, usually in 5–10 business days.
