One short. Three platforms. One click.
When your video is finished, Ruzz posts it to Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts for you — with the title, captions and hashtags each one expects already written.
Rolling out now: Instagram, TikTok and Google are reviewing Ruzz’s publishing access. Until each approves, posting to that platform may be limited.
Connect your accounts once
Instagram (Business or Creator), TikTok and YouTube. You approve Ruzz on each platform's own screen; you can disconnect any time.
We write what each platform asks for
A YouTube title, description and search tags with #Shorts. An Instagram caption with a hook line and a handful of relevant hashtags. A short TikTok caption. Written from your brief and your shot plan — never invented prices, awards or results.
Press Publish — or don't
Post now, pick a time on the calendar, or turn on hands-free posting: every finished video goes to your YouTube and Instagram at your chosen hour. TikTok asks you to confirm each post yourself, so it stays one tap.
What we fill in for you
| YouTube Shorts | Title (up to 100 characters), description with #Shorts, search tags, not-made-for-kids flag |
|---|---|
| Instagram Reels | Caption with a hook first line and call to action, up to 30 hashtags (we use 5–8) |
| TikTok | Caption with 3–5 hashtags; who can see it, comments, Duet and Stitch are your choice, set once |
You can read and change every word before it goes out — or just press Publish.
Questions
Does Ruzz post the same video to all three platforms?
Yes — the same finished 9:16 short, with details written for each platform. Each platform is tracked on its own, so a problem on one never re-posts to the others.
Can a post go out twice by mistake?
No. Each platform is claimed before the upload starts. If a platform takes the upload but does not confirm it, we stop and check with you instead of trying again.
What does Ruzz keep from my social accounts?
Only what posting needs: the account name and an access token, stored encrypted. We never read your messages or followers, and disconnecting deletes the token.
Does my Instagram account need to be a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only lets outside apps post to professional (Business or Creator) accounts — this is Instagram's rule for every posting service, not just Ruzz. Switching is free and takes about a minute: in the Instagram app go to Settings, Account type and tools, Switch to professional account, and pick Creator or Business. No Facebook Page is needed, you get post insights, and you can switch back any time. Professional accounts must be public. TikTok and YouTube work with personal accounts.
Do I have to use it?
No. You can always download the finished video and post it yourself.
